Export the chat from WhatsApp and upload the file. You are not charged at this stage.

See what we found

We identify messages, participants, voice notes and media so you know exactly what is inside the archive.

What you are actually paying for

More Than a Basic PDF Conversion

WhatsApp Transcriptor does not simply copy the contents of a text file into a PDF. The export is rebuilt around the structure of the conversation.

Your purchase covers parsing the archive, identifying participants and media, reconstructing message flow, generating the PDF, packaging original files and, where selected, processing and reviewing voice transcription.

Chat reconstruction

Parse the raw WhatsApp export into messages, dates, participants and conversation flow.

Document generation

Create a readable searchable PDF designed for long multi-page conversations.

Media packaging

Keep the source photos, videos, documents and audio with the final archive.

Voice transcription

Convert voice messages into written text and keep the results connected to the chat.

Pricing FAQ

Common Questions About WhatsApp Export Pricing

Is this a subscription?+

No. One payment covers one chat export. There is no monthly plan, no annual plan, and nothing to cancel.

Can I preview my chat before paying?+

Yes. Upload your WhatsApp archive first. We analyse the conversation and show the detected messages, participants, media, voice notes and the price that follows from them, before you pay anything.

How is my price calculated?+

We add up the duration of the voice notes in your chat, round up to the next whole minute, and multiply by $0.30. The $9.99 minimum is then added, so the smallest total is $9.99. Only voice notes count — reading text messages costs nothing.

What does the minimum cover?+

The export itself: parsing the archive, rebuilding the conversation, generating the PDF and packaging the original files. That work is much the same whether a chat holds two minutes of audio or forty, so it is charged per chat rather than per minute.

What if my chat has no voice notes?+

You still pay $9.99, because the export itself is the product. You get the complete conversation PDF and archive, without a transcription section.

Is tax included in the price?+

No. The prices shown here are exclusive of tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout, and the checkout shows the final total before you confirm.

Are there recurring storage charges?+

No. There is no storage subscription. The final export is built to be downloaded and kept by you rather than relying on permanent hosted media.

The price looked higher than I expected. Why?+

The quote is measured from the audio inside the archive rather than by listening to it, so it can read slightly high, and minutes are rounded up. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, and it never changes afterwards.
